In a previous post, I mentioned whoring myself amongst all the various hobbies I have. I have one more to tack on. Paintings. I have been neglecting some of my projects and pushing myself to promote, and seek out commissions, but I am pleased to say that another one bites the dust. This was a very interesting project. It started off by me finishing a previous project that I posted about. Other Post. A co-worker of mine, wanted a piece done, on a piece of cypress wood. The piece was going to be for her boyfriend's son, and it was going to be his Christmas present. She is going to turn it into a hat rack with the painting on top. She wanted to blue dog, and it was my idea to incorporate the wood grain into the painting. It's such a beautiful piece of wood, and I hope she loves it. Here are the pics.
